Shipping:

♡ Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. You will see the exact shipping rate for your order before you confirm your purchase. I offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders $60 and over: No code required

♡ I work exclusively with USPS and orders placed are shipped out the same day or next day within business hours. I do not ship on Sundays or major holidays.

♡ All orders are secured to cardboard backing to ensure the piece is not tangled or damaged in transit, I use bubble mailers to provide an additional layer of protection. Earring hooks are disinfected with isopropyl alcohol before being packed and shipped.

♡ Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any postal service delays, especially during peak seasons or external factors within the US.

Tracking Info:

♡ You will be notified via email as soon as tracking information is available by the USPS. Some notifications can be sent to junk mail, so please be sure to check there!

♡ I do not currently offer international shipping. I am working on expanding to international shipping in the future, so stay tuned!

Lost Packages:

♡ Once your order is with the USPS, it is out of my hands unfortunately. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact USPS directly. You can file a claim with them HERE or inquire about the next steps.

♡ Lost or damaged packages cannot be replaced at this time.
