Do you offer refunds, returns or exchanges?

Refunds: At this time, I do not issue refunds unless there is a mistake made on my end. Please make sure to read each product description carefully as it will list all materials, sizing and any details you need to know before buying. 

Returns: Due to the nature of my products, all sales are final.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me, I am more than happy to work with you on a case-by-case basis!

Exchanges: I do not offer exchanges at this time.
